Let’s talk a bit about the plot.

The recent plot has been relatively difficult to write, mainly because of the issue of pacing.

I can’t move too quickly, as that easily creates a sense of disconnect for the reader, but I also can’t be too slow, otherwise it feels too drawn out.

The main large-scale plot elements outside the village have been laid out, and the storylines within the village that needed to unfold have already done so. Forcibly adding new lines feels like pure repetition.

Actually, I think the protagonist’s age increasing is secondary; the main thing is the change in environment and platform, which can conveniently extend to new story contexts.

I personally prefer writing at a slow pace. Once we reach the new environment and platform, the creative flow will improve, and writing will be more comfortable.

Tomorrow there will be a large chapter, providing a temporary conclusion to the village plot. This will also be the conclusion of this volume, and then the protagonist will head off to university.

Finally, although updates haven’t been frequent in the past couple of days, I’ll still shamelessly ask everyone for a few monthly tickets.
