Chapter 1: Initial Arrival at the Origin Continent | Swallowed Star 2: Origin Continent [Trans]

Swallowed Star 2: Origin Continent [Trans] - Updated on June 25, 2025

Inside the dark and profound Reincarnation Passage.

“Finally, I see the end.” From within the Star Tower, Luo Feng gazed at the bright light at the end of the Reincarnation Passage. With his Eternal True God level strength, he could already discern a vast, vibrant world beyond.

“Master, we’ve finally reached Origin Continent,” the World Beast Morosa exclaimed, equally excited.

“Yes, we’re finally here.” Luo Feng smiled.

In the Primitive Universe region, they had long been completely invincible, experiencing solitude for too long.

Luo Feng looked at Morosa and said solemnly, “Once we enter Origin Continent, you must not reveal any information about World Beasts. There are countless beings far stronger than us in Origin Continent. If your identity is exposed, we’ll have nowhere to run!”

“Master, don’t worry. Even if I die, I won’t expose any World Beast information!” Morosa replied.

Luo Feng nodded. “Both of us possess a perfect divine body; even if we die, a single drop of blood is enough for rebirth. However, if your World Beast identity is exposed and some terrifying entities in Origin Continent target us, they will track down every drop of our blood and annihilate us completely.”

Morosa nodded.

One of the three great inheritances of the Duan Dong River lineage, “The Undying River,” allows for resurrection from a single drop of blood if mastered.

Luo Feng and the World Beast Morosa both possess perfect divine bodies, reaching the ten-thousand-fold life level. Their lives are full of incredible aspects; they can isolate their life aura, rendering aura-locking techniques ineffective.

They can obscure the heavenly secrets, even transform endlessly without any flaws.

Without needing to cultivate “The Undying River,” a single strand of their hair or a drop of their blood is sufficient for their rebirth.

“The depths of Origin Continent are unfathomable,” Luo Feng stated gravely. “Throughout endless ages, only one World Beast has managed to survive safely: the one in Tianmu Nation. All other World Beasts have perished.”

Luo Feng was full of anticipation for Origin Continent, yet he was also keenly aware of its extreme dangers.

His master, Sitting Mountain Guest, and the third ancestor of the Duan Dong River lineage were all God King-level beings. Yet, the third ancestor died completely! His master, Sitting Mountain Guest, was also relentlessly hunted, forcing him to flee into the Cosmic Ocean!

“All other World Beasts died?” Morosa was startled. “But they all had perfect divine bodies, with extremely strong life-preserving abilities.”

As a World Beast himself, he was well aware of the numerous ways to preserve one’s life.

“All dead.” Luo Feng nodded. Without the limitations of the supreme rules, he had already absorbed a vast amount of inherited information from both the Duan Dong River lineage and the Jin World lineage while in the Reincarnation Passage, thus learning some secret knowledge about Origin Continent.

Sitting Mountain Guest had greatly feared that Luo Feng would perish before growing powerful, so he had already revealed all forbidden knowledge.

The Duan Dong River lineage passed down its knowledge through a single successor, and they would also convey the various dangers of Origin Continent.

“World Beasts are naturally endowed with the Dao of Destruction; their growth invariably leads to a catastrophe. Any force in Origin Continent that discovers one will eliminate it immediately,” Luo Feng explained. “The World Beast in Tianmu Nation, on one hand, had already grown to its peak when exposed, making it difficult to deal with. On the other hand, it was controlled by a master and did not wantonly destroy. This is why various forces in Origin Continent tolerated its existence.”

“I also have a master!” Morosa quickly interjected.

Luo Feng chuckled. “Having a master isn’t enough; you still need to be powerful. Otherwise, those ancient beings wouldn’t hesitate to crush you effortlessly.”

“Whether it’s you or me, we are still very weak now,” Luo Feng said, looking out into the distance. “We are merely Eternal True Gods; we must maintain a sense of reverence.”

“Yes, Master,” Morosa immediately responded.

Under soul enslavement, Morosa would rather die than disobey Luo Feng’s commands.

As World Beasts, destruction and consumption were their favorite activities and the fastest way for them to grow.

However, in the Primitive Universe region, after the World Beast catastrophe, Morosa, under Luo Feng’s command, never consumed another miniature universe. He grew slowly by absorbing chaotic energy, only reaching the Eternal True God level after countless eons.

Even though Luo Feng had seen the end of the Reincarnation Passage from afar, the Star Tower still flew for a considerable time before truly arriving.

The Star Tower flew out of the Reincarnation Passage and emerged into a dark, vast land. A boundless aura spread, condensing into a slight mist that made the world hazy and difficult to discern.

The Reincarnation Passage they had used had vanished. Luo Feng immediately put away the Star Tower, appearing on the vast land alongside Morosa.

At this moment, Luo Feng’s hair had grown much longer, a pair of dark golden horns protruded from his forehead, and his appearance had subtly changed. Morosa, on the other hand, still looked like a simple, honest guard, with silver-gray skin that was slightly unattractive but very guileless.

“Although I destroyed Ancestor Ziyue’s miniature universe back then, he is still alive. He knows very well that when I first became a True God, my miniature universe was already a billion light-years in diameter,” Luo Feng mused. “For a miniature universe to be so large right after becoming a True God is inconceivable. It’s very likely to attract the attention of powerful beings.”

“Fortunately, Ancestor Ziyue is merely a Void True God, a person of little consequence, and should not be able to contact any truly powerful entities. Still, I must remain cautious.” Luo Feng knew well that a moment of carelessness could lead to eternal regret.

He wouldn’t give his enemies any opportunity.

With his perfect divine body, he could alter his aura and appearance such that Ancestor Ziyue himself wouldn’t recognize him, let alone other powerhouses in Origin Continent who had never seen him before.

“Master, look!” Morosa exclaimed, staring at the night sky in astonishment.

Luo Feng also looked up at the night sky.

Origin Continent’s night sky was vast and profound, with countless stars glittering brilliantly.

Innumerable stars, big and small, were incredibly distant from the ground in the night sky. The aura emanating from some of the colossal stars, even across unknown spatiotemporal barriers, still filled Luo Feng with awe.

“Beings born in Origin Continent can generally become True Gods,” Luo Feng stated, gazing upwards. “Their miniature universes appear deep within the night sky; each star is a miniature universe!”

“True Gods, Void True Gods, Eternal True Gods, Chaos Masters, God Kings! Their miniature universes all exist in the star-filled sky, giving rise to this brilliant array of stars.” Luo Feng pointed to some of the terrifyingly powerful stars in the night sky. “The stars with the most terrifying auras are the miniature universes of the God Kings.”

“Innumerable miniature universes are in the night sky…” Morosa eyed them greedily. If only he could devour them freely, his growth rate would be much, much faster.

Luo Feng glanced at him.

Morosa immediately gave a guileless smile.

“Just by looking at these countless miniature universes, you can understand how deep the waters of Origin Continent run. We are merely two small fish,” Luo Feng said, looking at the myriad stars in the night sky. “If one day a colossal star falls, it signifies the death of a powerful being.”

Morosa understood. “By observing the stars in the night sky, one can indeed discern which powerful beings are alive and which have died.”

“But you don’t know who each of these stars corresponds to,” Luo Feng said, no longer gazing at the constellations. Instead, he calmly and carefully sensed the spatial, temporal, and various law fluctuations of Origin Continent.

“The space is terrifyingly stable!” Luo Feng extended his right hand. A dark vortex appeared in his palm, tearing and destroying, causing slight spatial ripples. “Space is like an boundless ocean; my power can only create a few ripples.”

Luo Feng sensed the flow of time, and his divine power clone back home also sensed the time flow, comparing the two.

“The time flow here is very slow. One second here is equivalent to many seconds in the Primitive Universe.” Luo Feng looked around. The land was vast, but he could sense the law fluctuations between heaven and earth.

“The Chaos Laws are incredibly clear to sense!” Luo Feng’s eyes lit up with pleasant surprise. “It’s so clear!”

Back in his homeland, sensing laws was like perceiving them through layers of mist; the perception was too blurry.

In Origin Continent, the layers of mist had vanished, as if observing them from an extremely close distance! This greatly reduced the difficulty of comprehending laws. Origin Continent also made it easier for powerful beings to emerge.

“If I had come to Origin Continent when I was a True God, becoming an Eternal True God would have been much faster,” Luo Feng thought.

Below the True God level, it was suitable to cultivate in the Primitive Universe region.

Above the True God level, Origin Continent was more suitable.

Even with Luo Feng’s talent, he had to cultivate in his homeland until the great destruction of the Primitive Universe, observing the World Beast’s Dao of Destruction, and the destruction and rebirth of the Primitive Universe, before he could comprehend the ‘Source of Life and Death’ and step into the Eternal True God level.

Of course, Luo Feng took so long not only because the law perception in the Primitive Universe region was too blurry and cultivation efficiency was too low, but also because comprehending the ‘Source of Laws’ itself was incredibly difficult!

Even beings like Ancestor Yuan, or East Emperor Ancestor and Ancestor Ziyue who had cultivated for endless years, were merely Void True Gods.

“Master, where do we go next?” Morosa asked, looking around. “And I’ve carefully sensed the surroundings, but I haven’t detected Ancestor Yuan.”

“After passing through the Reincarnation Passage to reach Origin Continent, one can appear anywhere on the continent,” Luo Feng said.

Luo Feng then looked carefully in all directions, his gaze penetrating layers of spatial obstruction to see far into the distance.

On this vast land, there were giant, worm-like exotic beasts lurking deep underground, divine birds soaring high in the night sky, a cautious team of True Gods exploring and advancing, and a flying vessel discreetly fleeing.

Luo Feng observed, “Within my observation range, I’ve detected approximately several thousand exotic beasts, a team of twelve True Gods, and a solitary Void True God.”

“That’s him, the first native cultivator I’ll interact with in Origin Continent,” Luo Feng said, looking towards the distant flying vessel.

The flying vessel concealed itself, moving silently through the air.

Inside the vessel stood a tall man with a sharp tail. He wore dark green armor, his eyes glowing faintly as he observed the outside world.

“I almost lost my life this time!” Mo Yu Hu exclaimed, piloting his vessel and flying with concealed aura. A look of excitement was on his face. “But the intelligence wasn’t wrong; I finally succeeded in finding the treasure. I, Mo Yu Hu, have finally made a huge profit. With this treasure, my three children will receive excellent cultivation.”

“Perhaps there’s hope for my most talented eldest child to become a disciple of an Eternal True God,” Mo Yu Hu thought, a desire arising in his heart.

Origin Continent was teeming with powerful beings, and its hierarchy was strict. The master-disciple relationship even surpassed blood ties. While having children might be a product of momentary passion, in Origin Continent, if a master accepted a disciple, they would typically cultivate their disciple’s training, provide resources, and even arrange their future…

The importance of a master to a disciple was immense!

“Even if they can’t apprentice under an Eternal True God, my three children will at least learn a formidable inheritance,” Mo Yu Hu mused. His wife had died long ago, and his three children were all he cared about most in this world.

Origin Continent was a convergence of cultivators from myriad races. Although many cultivators paid no heed to the lives of their offspring, Mo Yu Hu cared deeply!

As a Void True God, his lifespan was limitless. Apart from his own cultivation and growth, his only concern was his three children.

“Soon, I’ll be back in Huyan City in ten days,” Mo Yu Hu thought. He carefully piloted the flying vessel, avoiding dangerous areas.

Suddenly—

Mo Yu Hu felt an irresistible force envelop him. The flying vessel was like a small boat caught in an ocean vortex, plummeting into it, and shrinking continuously! It kept getting smaller!

“No good.” Mo Yu Hu’s heart sank. The flying vessel he piloted could not escape the terrifying spatial vortex; it could only sink further and further into it.

Finally, the flying vessel fell into the deepest part of the spatial vortex, which was itself held within a massive hand, its palm lines resembling rivers and ravines.

Luo Feng hadn’t moved from his spot. He had simply controlled the void, shrinking the space around the distant flying vessel and gently grasping it in his palm. Beside him, Morosa watched curiously. “Master, are you catching this flying vessel?”

“First, let’s ask for directions,” Luo Feng said, observing the being inside the flying vessel in his hand.
